3.30ghz
8gb of ram
500gb of space

I'm using MSI GeForce GTX 1050Ti GAMING X (4GB) DDR5 and I'm pleased with it.
It's not very expensive video card and it's a great choose for small budget configuration.

Processor: Intel-Core i3-7100 3.9Ghz (2 Cores) - For about $70-$80
Motherboard: I'm not sure but it's not an expensive one - For about $50-$60
Hard Disk: Seagate 1TB 7200 64MB

And with this PC I can't play everything so far on hight or low depends from the game.

However my advice is to buy more expensive motherboard and power supply if you'r going to upgrade you'r configuration in the future be cause if you want a new video card you'r motherboard need to run it.

I know for what he asked I was trying to say that it's better to safe couple more bills and buy 1050 be cause it's not a big different in the money between 1030 and 1050.

"Waste", pfft. That is like saying that spending 100-200$ on a SSD is a waste (it isn't). The 1050 or 1050 Ti would've been a better choice as it would last longer but also have a lot more power than a 1030. Even if you are only 15, you could still make enough money to buy one or asked your parents if they would make a deal with you or something.

I would classify $1000 per month from both parents, even after taxes, as "poor", not just middle class.
In such a situation, I would 100% recommend trying to set up a service here. If your parents make $12 an hour then you making, say, $6-10 an hour for each job you can manage to do here would help both you and them a lot.
