Is account "God" no longer locked?

I thought the account "God" was locked, but I looked at the OG Nation Hypixel Guild on Plancke.io and they are in it, and have joined on the 13th of august this year. And they have a new skin, which they haven't changed for years. Has the account been cracked? Was it never locked? Has it been unlocked?

It was unmigrated for a while, fairly confident someone on this site managed to get their mittens on it though.

It was once a long time ago but it's fully working and active now.

Apparently that was a rumour caused by Ew (I think Doge might've said that)
