Hello, I was wondering if anyone was interested in one of these configs professionally made for you? I want to get an estimate if this would be needed here in the community and whether or not I should put in a lot of my time (OR work on something else which you can request.)

I would say that 12-23% of the people on here have an OPPrison server, but I am unsure weather this would be a necessity in the community. Personally I own a OpPrison server, and I would not need it as I prefer to make my own things. However, I can not speak for others.

I think if those statistics are true, people will love this! I think most people prefer not to make A-Z + extra + donator ranks, as well as the msgs

Yea, I am unsure tho, I would of course rather not do it, but I do it so it is made to my liking, because say I did take the one you have, I can guarantee you, I will change 75% of the config you premade, and make it more to my liking, which I am sure most people will do either way. But, you are basically making the "Foundation" for people to work off of. So, yes this could be very beneficial to other members.
