Is asking for rep after a transcation agaisnt the ToS

If everything went fine can you ask if the person can give a plus rep? Assuming that both parties were fine with the service and there were no issues would that be allowed?

Asking for a plus rep is against the rules last time I checked, as you’re asking the person to leave specifically positive reputation. However, you can ask them to leave a review / rep on your profile. Not specifying positive or negative.

If the transactions all gone well, chances are they’ll leave a positive one. But as long as you’ve not told them to leave positive, you’re fine.

After a deal is done , right before people leave just say "rep 4 rep?" it should be simple enough for both sides to understand what they want.

and if he doesn't want to put a rep. okay, at least it was honest.
