Is buying discord nitro from third parties a scam?

Hey I see many people offering discord nitro for lower then discord official prices so I was wondering if these are scams and how they work, does anyone know? Thanks

Most of them are obtained by some sort of trick used that is not allowed by Discord, some of them end up being revoked by Discord and you lose your nitro, while good providers supply a new nitro, some may just ditch you

you can get them legally, but they are not allowed to be sold via mcm. I will say about 80% of these sellers are scams though.

nah but some of them sell their 'method' for like $30 idk you could buy them but most methods I think end up being 'patched' really fast or are just them giving their supplier info lol
