I would. I started a plugin development shop and purchased Premium on the same day. I've already made my money spent on Premium back

I'd honestly say no from what I've looked at on here, sure it'll help but it's not needed and I'm usually the typa guy to watch a season of a show on a free site with tons of ads rather than buy it for $5, if you don't NEED to then don't is how I look at it.
