Is creating a company based on Recruiting Staff a good idea?

Hi,
I thought of an idea, and I thought I'd post it here (apologies in advance if this has disturbed anything try to recruit staff).

How about a website with different CV's of players that want to be staff and server owners can click on them view them and contact them they can search with different tags like find staff that has experience with a certain gametype like Factions or Skyblock.

Is this a good idea, please tell me feedback or ideas I could add as I actually might make a recruitment company.

Very good idea, this would be a good way for server owners to find staff members quickly, super good idea!

If you're recruiting staff for your company, make sure to pick the maturest and the one you trust the most, other than that good luck with your newborn company!
