From where I come from, people were DDOSED, Pizza Bombed, Swatted, had their DOX dropped, and all that kind of crap over $5.
Talking about ethics to a person who doesn't give a dam about it really isn't supportive either.
I think this topic's all about personal preference and tolerance.
Most of them seek attention anyways so it really doesn't matter in the long run.
Also, doing any of the things I listed above takes balls. 90% of the people here that support swatting or what not wouldn't do it themselves; they'd get someone else to do it for them due to pressure. And where does this pressure come from? Well I guess it's the ethics and morals you were talking about earlier...

It's when you make a fake call to the police saying there was a murder at somebody's house, and then they send a swat team to that house.

What got scammed from you anyway? In most cases involving $100 I would just suck it up and move on. It's really not that much

Not really because swatting is 100x worse than stealing $100 off someone. No point risking someones life over money.

Not everyone is in the same financial state as you, $100 could be a long time of savings, after expenses and stuff. I would take action, however swatting or pizza bombing (Or whatever it's called) isn't the way to do it, because not only does it effect the person receiving, it wastes time, energy, and money for the swat team, or the pizza store, and I wouldn't ever do that to them.

In my opinion, say I scammed someone out of $100 on MCM. The worst that will happen to me is a ban. Will I give two shits? Obviously not. I just got $100, I could care less about me not being able to log into Blowns on MCM anymore. And I could very easily just alt by changing my IP. So maybe it could be ethical, because the scammer will always leave happy and that might not be what you want.

Swatting can have the potential to get someone killed if whoever makes the call makes it sound like there's a hostage, etc. Like even answering the door can basically get that person pinned to the floor and cuffed.

So over $100 that you'll make back within a day working working a real job? Not worth it. Completely horrendous and immature act that can land you in a lot of trouble if you're caught. Not to mention it's a massive waste of time and resources for the swat team itself.

The fact that you're posting this thread and even thinking about it shows that if this person were to get swatted, they know who to blame first.

I think it is
someone deprived me of $100
deserves to be doxed, swatted, and ddosed and get herpes imo

on lf leechers get their IPs leaked
on mcm scammers should get their IPs leaked as well so we can wreak havoc and discourage scamming to the max

feel free to do whatever you want to this bitch (pm me for his skype)

If you get scammed it's almost always at least partially your fault. Don't deal with shady people, don't go first for someone with low rep, and use common sense. It's also really easy to chargeback because PayPal's policies suck, so most of the time scamming is nothing but a minor inconvenience.

Even in cases when you are scammed and cannot get your money/product back you shouldn't do something illegal like swatting or unethical like doxing. Swatting and doxing also harms more than the person who scammed you. You'd affect their family as well which is unfair to do to them if their child/sibling decided to be an ass and scam someone.
