is getting back old locked mc accountss possible now?

i got some old accs from back in the day (2015-16) that were locked back then for migration or smthn like that and im trying to get them unlocked.
i tried 'forget pw' for the email that was on one of the account but i never got an email.
is there another method? can someone help me?
