I looked through the rules, I dont see it, But I wouldn't just in case. It's not good for the owners either way, so I would say yes it is ban-able. Just save up for it.

EDIT: going on what other says, Yes you can be banned.

Pretty sure the punishment nowadays (other than Vice) is Compromised Account if it's reported. Too easy to scam with.
