I don't think this is the case - I had a resource on my profile ages ago, a simple staff chat plugin. It was a boring plugin with bad code as I was inexperienced and still a beginner. A few days ago I reported it to get deleted as I no longer wanted it on my profile, and it was removed within 24 hours.

It could just be that the queue for deleting stuff is way shorter than that off resource posting, seems to be the same case with scam reports.
