You could set custom commands.
For example:
If a user types /a the server does /f

If you go into the conf.json in the factions UUID folder you can change the alias for the commands. This is to make it easier for you and not install another plugin.
It will look like this
"baseCommandAliases": [
"f"
If it doesn't work pm me
