I mean technically it is possible. A plugin could be made to effectively work as a web server. Since most hosts don’t block ports, and if the host doesn’t have a web server installed on the node, then you could use port 80/443 and host a website through the MC server hosting. If not, you would have to host your website on a different port, which isn’t really very good. There are plugins out there like this one https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/website-host.31652/ that allow you do to that, but its impractical, doesn’t support PHP, and could be considered a violation of your hosts TOS. For the sake a couple of $ a month for web hosting. Its not worth it.
