Is it possible to make this plugin?

Is it possible to make a plugin like the planets mod where you can walk upside down and sideways and stuff?

You would basically need a mod or a client-side thing such as a Hacked Client. Still would be very hard regardless. You could probably get someone to create a client-side downloadable thing for you though :/

Couldn't you make a plugin that uses the mechanics of ladders and sort of places those mechanics on the surfaces you walk across or come in contact with but then remove it so you're not slowed down?
