ya know how people pay people to make that skin art on namemc? yeah any one could just take there design and do it for them self (i hope you know what im talking about) any way is it scummy to do that. should you pay for your own?

Ethically speaking, copy anything (explicitly) that you didn't do yourself is unethical, unless they were made for sharing.

Realistically, there's no way to avoid this in way of NameMC. But be prepared for backlash if the original designer finds out. They can't do anything but slander you, but it makes you look bad. In general, skins are open-season, on Minecraft at least. Still, I wouldn't. Be creative. Design your own skin art (and auto-upload it w/ Skinno https://github.com/AlexM-Dev/Skinno/).

True anyone can steal their skinart takes time though. People who make free skinart will be bad quality. USA makes high quality ones.
