Better to do things the legal way, I personally filed for a llc with my business and felt much better after I did it.

I'd say that it's 100% worth it, from my experience (Local businesses and online, I like it for just personal protection I get and the better deals with it being a registered business over not being one).

yes, it seperates you're assets from the company, keeps investors protected ect
