Is Java Developement SUPER hard?

Hello,
I have been interested in a few things lately consisting of :
Java Development.
Sys Administration.
Website Development/Design.

I want to learn all 3 as my main 3 skills basically, but I wanted to ask is Java Development hard? I know it is time consuming and super hard to learn, but if you can get the hang of some is it easier to get the rest ?
ALSO, I wanted to ask, is there any java developers looking to train someone, I want to learn :
Platform Administration / Configuration Administration / Java Development.
