Honestly, when they go below 300 - 250. It's all chance pretty much. Right now could be its low for a while; it might never 'crash'. All cryptos are so volatile so it's hard to tell, but I'd say go for it if you're going to hold it for a while.

If you're looking for short term investments, the penny coins like Bitcoin Lite, Electroneum, Einstienium, and Ripple should do you fine.
If you're looking for something long term, any of those should do, but you can also invest in Litecoin, Monero, IOTA (one of the best imo), Cardano, and Monero.
