Most people who go to that section are generally server owners/managers/developers, etc and people who don’t really have an interest in playing/moderating your server but do something else.

Once in a while you will just get staff-hungry people and sometimes you may get good applicants.

Sometimes it's okay. If you look around enough you might be able to find someone who suits your needs. However, like already said this server is full of kids and scammers. So be careful if you decide to try and look for someone.

Short Answer: For managers & developers sure. But for anything like admin and below, no, rather someone who you trust, or has been part of your server for at least a short period of time.

The best ones to recruit are always selected people from your playerbase, because they understand the server and community better than anyone on mcm will. Also they will probably do it for free.
