Yeah, I was looking at some custom PCs, I did see some water colours that said no need to fill up. But I think I'll just go with the advice and get a fan, like a noice reduced one or something.Water cooling typically costs more than just having a fan, it also takes longer to setup, and you have maintain once a year or so. That being said, water cooling is more efficient, especially for extreme overclock however I suggest that you use just a fan cooler as you are new to PC building, unless you are willing to go outside your comfort zone and try something new.
