Is Newegg any good?

For my Birthday which was the day right before Black Friday I got some money so I bought myself a keyboard. Newegg brought a special code for £15 off if orders are more than £40, and got myself a G810 mass effect edition (it's a nice colour scheme + don't care if it says MAA on the side). It's been like, more than a week since I ordered this.

Should I trust this company? They've provided me with a tracking number but by the supplier (DHL) it says the tracking number is invalid. So it's like a big wtf.

Send them an email, they are a known company i personally dont consider them to be 'good' though, shipping always takes forever with them, in my experience, they aren't scamming you or anything, I think they are reputable enough to not do that, just reach out to support, call newegg if you can and maybe even talk to DHL

By no means are Newegg perfect, there shipping times can be a little bit slow but I think the low cost of their products make up for that. Also Happy Birthday

bought a gtx 1070 and an i7 6700k off them no problem

They're trash, took a week to process my payment when i clearly have tons of money on my card. so i canceled it and bought my product from amazon and it went much faster.

Yeah, that is probably your credit card company, not them.

I've purchased parts for two entire PC builds from newegg, like everyone else said they are pretty slow at times, especially now due to the holidays, but they don't scam and their prices are pretty good.
