I'm thinking about adding paypal as a payment option. However I need to keep my real personal info hidden. Obviously ill have to link my bank account to my email which im able to do in a paypal account with a bogus name. I was thinking of making my paypal account with my server name as first and last name and using a bogus address since i will only be depositing donations into my bank. anyone have advice on this or what i should do that keeps my personal info safe?

PayPal is one of the best and most secure methods of transferring money now'a'days, I would totally suggest using PayPal. 
When people purchase, they'll be able to see your first and last name.
If you're just transferring it to your bank right after, it may work, but if paypal locks it, you won't get it back with fake info on it. You'd lose whatever money happens to be in there.
and then paypal asks for your business docs and you get shut down
