Is renting a listing site slot worth it?

Server Slots IMO. People view those with intent.
What about minecraft-server-list? Would an hour or two be fine?
Server slots are meant for the lists. This means people who play Minecraft will see them. Google ads are based on other details such as past history. Your ad may not be shown to the right group of people.
It depends do you mean renting the slot for 2 weeks or there given time? Or do you mean renting the slot from another renter who purchased it from the website? If you're looking to buy the slot for yourself then its 100% worth it if you know that website gets a lot off traffic, but if you're looking to rent from someone then its a gamble you could rent for 1-2 hours and only receive 20-40 new players and half off them may not even stay. Then it also depends what time you decide to rent your slot.From my experience when renting, I my server went from 5 players to 50 but only 15-20 off them stayed active. Well the weekend is the best so either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. And around 4-6 EST which is 8-10 GMT.
