Is selling cracked accounts allowed or not?

So I saw a lot of discussion if selling cracked accounts is allowed or not.. I dont see anything in the Rules and Guidelines so I guess it is allowed?

Nope, don’t do that. Easiest way to get warning points and/or banned. It is strictly prohibited.

Because we have a great staff team, they know the accounts are cracked/stolen/jacked but when you report it they ask you for "proof"

theres a lot of accounts that were probably cracked that have been sold on here its just that they claim it wasnt and that they got the accounts in another way, or the account was tossed around a little before hitting the market. Whatever the case is, its easy to bypass this rule, but dont get your hopes up.

How could it be more clear? The rule straight up says do not offer or encourage the purchase/sale/distribution of cracked accounts.

It says that under the minecraft rulebook (8):
The following rules apply to the sale of all Minecraft accounts on MC-Market.

I was following the rules of (5):
The following rules apply to the marketing of products and services.
