If this was like the Fortnite "methods", as in, methods to exploit the system and get things cheaper than intended, of course it would and should be disallowed. However, this "method" is fully legitimate; you could easily rephrase it to call it a "guide" or "tutorial" to maintaining and growing a social media account. There should be absolutely no reason for this to be against the rules. I think the method rule needs a bit more clarification.
