Is the EULA still being enforced?

Just wondering if the EULA is still being enforced by Mojang as they do not seem to be blacklisting servers anymore. Please lemme know kiddos! ty ​

Although I think it is being "enforced" by Mojang after multiple attempts of shutting big servers down and failing due to EULA bypasses I feel as though they have given up on it.

Agreed most servers have gone back and well have not heard about it in ages but who knows these days tomorow they may try again or maybe they are making a new Eula who knows

No, they do not enforce the eula unless you're a top (1k+ pb) network. Or if you're reported, but even then I doubt they'd do anything.

They have the blacklist, but it's not that big.
