Is there a plugin which does this?

Im looking for a plugin which can turn off/block people from joining the server for 21 hours of the day but from 18:00-21:00 the server is up for ppl to join

not looking for anything custom, this is my friendly community server with friends

I guess you could probably do this with a whitelist command set on a timer through console? It would automatically disable the whitelist at 18:00 and enables it again at 21:00.
