Because there is a way to do it as I forgot my email to one of my accounts and I found it back, let me just find out how I did it again and I'll get back to you

if you have that file. back it up before opening it. copy to desktop or something. ok?

Yea that also works, just tried your method, it just says all your emails no passwords or anything.
As long as you know your passwords and security questions your good.

Sorry OP but you lost any email that isn't logged into your launcher.

Yea this, unless you used an email as your recovery email. Like with gmail it'll send my hotmail "Welcome to gmail <newemail>"

Okay, I got it.
You need to go into your .minecraft folder, then at the top you need to find launcher_profiles.json
If you scroll across on a text file it will show the emails and accounts they're for.
This is what it looks like for me:
C:\Users\Eoin\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\launcher_profiles.json
