Is there no person that answers support tickets?

Hi. I sent in a ticket, was wrongfully banned, blah blah blah. It's been over 45 days, tickets are supposed to be answered "at 1 week max." PMed the mod who has mine assigned, and he "answers in 24 hours" and its been a week. How long must I wait?

How can I fix this situation?

dont think theres much u can do, ive been waiting i think two weeks now for a support ticket to be answered to get 1 medal and its even been viewed 6 times.

also even if i never knew u i could tell you got false banned rip
