Is there sommething wrong with the mods that moderate the scam reports?

Ive reported someone for scamming about 12 days ago. A mod already published my report and replied to it asking the scammer what he has to say, but until day there has been no response for the scammer (even tough he already saw the report and is even freely still trying selling) and neither there has been a reponse from the mod (like he hasnt banned him or closed the report).

Is this normal?

Yes, you aren't the only scam report out there. Scam reports go through hundreds of scam reports before coming back to you. If they don't respond, they will be banned though.

As I said the scammer saw it, but hasnt responded 12 DAYS ago. Usually as I saw mods give the person that is accused of scamming 48 hours (after they saw the report), but not in my case apperently, because the mod at this point totally forgot about my case.

You have to give them a bit of time, there are more scam reports than yours, and some reports take months.

Some scam reports last over a year.
