I sold an Optifine cape to a guy, and the cape got pulled back for some reason, it was not me that pulled it back. is this a bannable offense?
The optifine cape with a cost of (1,5$) either got pulled back of the owner or the guy Stefan_420 is trying to fool me because he does not have proof of anything he just DMS me today and said I scammed him?
Is this a bannable offense?

You’re at fault if you don’t sell him a Full Access cape that you had complete access to in the first place. This community doesn’t allow the sale of jacked items

Well as a seller you should have that in terms of service. If something happens, you are responsible or not. If you do not have it covered, you should cover it. In my humble opinion. Does not matter if 1.5$ or 100$.

Point out that he has 0 proof that you pulled the account. Might help, might not.

I'd say you're fine if you have proof you didn't pull it back. Also if he really did move the cape to another account he won't be able to provide evidence that you scammed him.
