You'd be better off building a PC.
My Pc has 12 Gb of 1600Mhz DDr3 Ram, A Graphics card with 4 Gb of DDr3 Ram, a 1.2 TB hard drive, a Quad Core AMD cpu, 3.8 Ghz (Easily overclocks to 4.6), a 500 Watt Power supply, and a bunch of USB ports, and 7 extra Sata 3 ports. All of this is under $400.

Those PCs are better than a laptop but, the first one's case is just downright ugly.
