A pre-made building shop. Starting out discord based and moved to the web when profits are good.

Start off by creating discord and buying a couple of Minecraft decent ads to get it to 1-2k members. Builders can put their pre-made builds on there and they essentially get a paycheck every time it's sold. The team working the discord server would take care of everything and send the builder a cut. Starting off in thinking 90/10. As the community and business grows the % would go up.

Thoughts? Opinions? Changes?

There's already countless of these that exist, not to mention over-saturated. You likely won't turn a noticeable profit unless you have a high volume of supplies along with a honest team to aid you in this venture with a strong advertisement campaign. Also, if the deciding factor for your perspective on this business plan is from absorbing opinions of people on a Minecraft market forum who 99% of them never owned a business model themselves or actually reached a pinnacle of success in it - that's already a red flag.

You need to write up a full business strategy plan documenting your advertisement strategy, vendor competition, unique offerings, etc etc list can go on forever. Writing that up will give you far more insight than some of the half brain morons on this forum pretending to be the Jeff Bezos, Elon Musks, and Steve Jobs of Minecraft.

Good luck with whatever you do (this could work if you have a solid enough plan as stated above).

It's been done a few times, but the 10% cut you'd take to begin with would certainly be competitive. I'm not sure it'd be possible to sustain though after factoring in chargebacks, PayPal fees etc. Regardless, goodluck if you set this up!
