Is this a scam? I need advice.

I've owned a Minecraft account for well over a month before it got pulled by OG Owner, or the person who sold it to me. I've had a conversation with the seller and he told me according to his ToS, it is not his responsibility of what happens after the account has been sold. I really liked the name, and technically can't be refunded because I gave him giftcards in exchange and he seemed a reputable member. Two previous owners, incase I confused you. Im not sure what to do and the user is currently suspended for some reason and I have no idea what to do. Please help me. I don't know what to do because the guy doesn't even sell accounts anymore and doesn't seem to care if he is banned, and he owned the account for about 2 weeks. I even bought a few ranks on it. The account name is 'yml' and I will research on the owners, I am pretty sure if you search it up in the search box it has been sold before and trying to get to the bottom of it. Message me for ss's and stuff. Thanks!

This is most likely a TID Claim on the account. Mainly because he is suspended and probably just wants the account back to sell elsewhere if he is done with MC-Market.

What did he tell you in regards to the account? (if there's TID, who has the TID, etc)

No TID apparently even though through seeing threads he actually did, and the account was sold with og stuff, only 1 previous owner 'apparently' and fully secure with email access. The email was changed for the account, so hopes of getting it back is nowhere. Also, apparently no way of being taken away. I've linked the account to name mc aswell for further proof of owning the account. Pastelgore was the seller. Thanks for letting me know, really helpful information, highly appreciate it.

Ask him who he got it off of (find his discord and ask) and record everything and show his Discord. I'd make a scam report if I were you. It might not be just a coincidence that after the 30 day protection (sellers usually give buyer protection for 30+ days) that your account was pulled.

Never gave me any protection+ I could record it but has the account and email info and giftcodes and passwords etc so im a bit hesitant to record even if all of them were changed. The guy seems nice but he might of pulled it aswell, no idea.

You can make a support request to see when he was suspended, and see if it matches the timeframe your account was pulled. He may have pulled it when he got suspended.

He was suspended exactly the day I got the account or the day after.
