Is this a scam?

So, a server owned by Authy, there was an active invite giveaway using the GiveawayBot. To enter, you had to join a server and as soon as it was close to ending, Authy deleted the giveaway and started a new one saying participants must join. No one ever won the first giveaway and money wasn’t given but people joined the server, is that a scam?

It was deleted as I was doing a reward for joining a server, then the server got deleted (it was Fragnite)
discord deleted that server like under 24 hours of releasing the giveaway, so I added a different server.

Not a scam.
