Recently a user purchased an account off of me and he said he didn't have the account. So I tried using the dispute link and it says "Invalid Token". However, Mojang emailed him that it had been pulled back.

Well, it was a dispute link so it can only be used once so that's the problem.

I tried disputing it, it said I did however, when I try to change the passcode and return it. I never get the email from Mojang.

When you dispute it returns it to the email it was last before actually changing it, login with that.
