Actually, it is not allowed to sell content that you do not own. I only recently realized that this also means you can't sell something in the name of someone else.

Then you do indeed get to sell it, but it comes with full seller's responsibility as well. Afterwards ofc you're allowed to 'gift' them an amount that equals the amount you sold it for, but you take full responsibility for it, so if whatever product they 'give you' is a scam, you're responsible.
