I got a deal with a user here. He's going to make my citizen files have a thread design for here, and his website will have a tab for 'Citizens' in which customers can join a 24/7 live chat for bug support, as this is a huge file.

Server files customer support to the next level?

The site will is a hosting site, and will have multible representatives to fix bugs, and I pay an extra dollar per major crash/super huge problem.
