I am not the best with pricing but from what I have seen I would say about. Judging from past names with ing at the end I would say anywhere from $15-$25 if you get the right person! Anyways that is my opinion!

I'd say it's worth anywhere from $30 - $40.

$12 for ranks, OptiFine capes go for about $2 - $3 and the name is worth about $15 - $20.
