Is it banable to sell spigot Accounts? They have premium plugins on them

I own the accounts, I bought them from the people who owned them before (they were old friends). They quit MC so I picked up their accounts for cheap. So I can sell them if I own them?[DOUBLEPOST=1513153829][/DOUBLEPOST]

Doubt this is allowed as you’re not allowed to sell / leak premium plugins.

That's basically reselling the authors plugin, you can't do that. That is really considered illegal.

Okay, people do it, it's still against the rules and the law (if the plugin has copyright).

Where have you seen people sell servers along with selling their spigot accounts? People sell servers with premium plugin configs, not the jar itself.
