is this core good?

Iv been talking to some people recently, and met a guy that told me he was a configurator. I asked him if he could make custom cores, “no”, he utilised Notorious’s core.
Is notorious good? I might be interested in using it for a future project

Notorious is actually a decent core, the only issue is that a lot of people have it, if I were you try get someone to make you a custom core, I know a really cheap Developer, if you want more information please message me.
