The reason we think it's a fake profile is because the guy literally had "male" as his gender and then a bunch of guys were all like "omg r u a grill???" He then decided to pretend to be a girl but he realized he couldn't change his gender on the forums so he made it private.

If he hadn't had put "male" as his gender originally, we'd have no suspicions. Our suspicions do not stem from the idea of a female being on mcm.
