Is this misleading

Staff and some users seem to think this is misleading. The ad states I am selling a few more hours of slot time, this means I am only willing to sell a few more hours. I only want to sell 4-8 more hours of slot time which to me would be a few considering how many hours I purchased. If I said, "Only a few more hours of slot time buy now or forever hold your peace" I could understand. The keyword is "selling" until I sell a few more hours my ad is not misleading and I should be able to post it as long I haven't sold any time.

Don't flame staff or anyone for their opinion, that is not the purpose of this. I am just curious to see how others view my ad and my situation.

What do you mean, if you mean to add that I am selling 4-8 more hours of slot time I am perfectly fine with doing that. I am not okay with being warned for breaking the rules and then being banned from shoutbox for the ad I posed in the OP.

I don't think it's misleading at all. I understood your intent perfectly by "Only selling a few more hours..."

If it were worded differently, such as, "Only selling slots for the next few hours", then it would have different intent.

Albeit, as it's written, I don't understand how it's misleading.

While we’re on the topic of “being misleading” - just look at all the threads where people say “INSANE REACTIONS” on shitty accounts that have never been logged onto Hypixel and that they just got within a day.

Honestly, whoever punished you should undo it and apologize to you. It’s their own fault for misinterpreting what you said.

Should be pretty obvious that you are using hours as a unit of measurement for what you are selling and not for time of how long you’re selling it. The product is quite literally “hours of ad time” and your thread literally shows it, and also “selling a few more hours of” vs. “selling for a few more hours” - both mean entirely different things. So yeah, 100% the staff member’s fault for reading it wrong. What you’re saying should be clear to any native English speaker.

I had roy warn me then give no explanation as to what was wrong with it. I had Capaldi ask me in shoutbox what I meant within my ad and I explain it and the previous situation. Then I had Energy Ban me from shoutbox a few minutes later because I had already been warned about that ad. Then when I made a support request Energy said this

Adding a couple of hours is fine after that message, doing it for a week or a long period of time is not.

You are literally ignoring what they are talking about. Diz is selling hours on org slot, he is not saying there is a couple hours left to buy it. He can have a month of it after his message, until all the hours are bought.
