You don't need 200-300 fps lmfao.
If it reaches 60 it's good.

I'd wait a week or two for the RX 480 to be released instead of buying the 970, it has the performance of a 980 but is 100$ less then a 970.

It looks pretty good, I can vouch for the Corsair H60 that was the cooler I started with and it's great & easy to install (I see you have the thermal compound in there, I bought one as well but the cooler comes with thermal paste pre-applied so you don't have to buy that unless you feel the need) Your mouse choice, keyboard choice, and processor choice are good as well.

But why are you going with a sound card as well as 2 network adapters? Your motherboard already comes with its own onboard sound so it's not a necessity to have one. As for the wireless adapters, if you're using an ethernet cable you don't need an adapter because your motherboard has one of those built in as well. If you're using wireless, I would recommend a USB adapter like this as it's one less thing to configure and can plug anywhere you want into your case.

Also I've had terrible experiences with MSI Graphic cards, only get one if you can't find any other possible brand that has a red 970.

I think the first question that anyone should ask is what exactly are you planning to use this PC for? There are
Some good components that you have selected, but some may not be needed and there may be better options for others.

To answer what you asked: the PC is pretty decent. But you can most likely do a decent amount better for the price.
