Is this plugin possible?

How would you make a player's screen go black for a certain amount of time? Like completely black so that you can't see anything. How would this work?

Blindness, Slowness. Not sure theirs a way to make the hud disappear. Also, the person would have to be in full screen for the whole screen to go black.

Give him blindness and slowness and I believe that's the only way

Is there intensity or levels for blindness?

You could make it so it teleports them into a obsidian box or bedrock box and give them Blindness and once the timer runs out it teleports them back to where they were
