Is this possessor good for minecraft servers?

My current specs for a server that I have are 2x Intel Xeon X5560 2.8ghz 8mb Cache 6.4 GT/s Quad Core CPUs is this good to run minecraft server off of or no? Want opinions as I don't know very much about possessors that relate to minecraft.
