If I want to snipe an upcoming name on a new account so it has a clean name history, is there a way I can do this? Or do I need to make the account with a random name and then snipe the name on it?

This actually is possible. I don't know who owns the sniper but someone was able to snipe a name with an MC gift code... Multiple times, in fact https://namemc.com/s?cora
