I'm planning on starting a small server,

1. 1GB for Bungee
2. 1.5GB Hub
3. 2GB for SkyWars
4. x2 1GB for other small minigames

Is this VPS from OVH good to run that server I'm planning?
Also, I'll install Multicraft to manage the servers better.

And, I heard that OVH asks for passport verification and other stuff, is this true?

I would recommend you go for a shared provider, whilst you won't have as much control. You'll have the support and etc. for your server.

OVH cpu's aren't that great tbh (for vps's atleast)

I want to be able to manage my servers, and add new one quickly, or add more ram and stuff, as quick as I can.
That's why I need a VPS, and my budget right now is a bit over $20 (USD)

OVH does do account verification, they will not accept an order from anyone under the age of 18. That being said a lot of people do trick the system... Using a VPS is a great way to have more control over your servers, though if you decided you cannot get a VPS with OVH check out MinersPlanet they offer a program that you may be interested in.

If you ran 1 server on that vps, maybe it would run decent. When you run a network on it, you will lag.[DOUBLEPOST=1451767919,1451767722][/DOUBLEPOST]If your budget is that low, and you are trying to make a network, wholesaleinternet and datashack would be a good place to start. Just keep in mind, they lack ddos protection. I would recommend getting a ddos protected bungee server.

wholesaleinternet is really cheap, is it reliable? Or is it a scam?

WholeSaleInternet is not a scam, infact they're pretty good. Only part that's bad is maybe the lack of DDoS protection.

They are not a scam. Wholesaleinternet and Datashack are the same companies I'm pretty sure. I contacted wholesaleinternet personally and they have a 2gb/s ddos protection. Either way this may be sufficient for your needs as of right now. Wholesaleinternet is usually out of stock but right now they have a 16gb ram dedicated server in stock. I think the dual 5160's would be your best choice right now at $25/month.[DOUBLEPOST=1451768901,1451768859][/DOUBLEPOST]

Then they are exactly the same, but WholeSale does have a faster network. You can compare it on WHT.
