I would say you could charge 50-80$ for a trailer that looks like this

Looks cool, but aren’t trailers kind of outdated? What information is there to gather from these? Compare this to for example Game Trailers, they include information about what they are trying to sell rather than some fancy lines everyone states in trailers nowaways.

Worth?
Probably like $50 if selling to a server owner, but if the trailer is supposed to attract new players, close to nothing.

^ My opinion, minecraft has changed and barely no one is changing with it.
