Zeiyon doesn't seem to publicly disclose his Discord username/discriminator and ID anywhere so it's not my place to do so but, I can confirm that's not Zeiyon's account. The account offering middleman services is also a big red flag as mentioned.

Assuming you haven't actually transacted anything with either of them, I'd just leave any conversation/group you're in with them and block both accounts.
